Great, start to finish. Rob was outstanding, as were the rest of the employees at the dealership. We also tried Audi of Brookline beforehand and were disappointed with their service, selection, and general attitude. Westwood was superior. We will be returning to this dealership and have already recommended to others.

Ms. Shera Smith was very professional and responsive, I think she is also a very good sale person with substantial growth potential.
One thing particularly impressed me is her "after-sales" service. She was very patient and thorough in demonstrating the various functions/features of such a complicated driving machine as the Audi A6. She also went thru the same process with my wife in a separate visit. In my previous car purchases including my MB GL450, the demos usually lasted only 5-10 minutes.

We purchased 2 new cars through John in the same month. The sales experience was honest, calm, rational & reasonable, unlike a lot of car dealerships. We did our homework & knew the pricing and packages ahead of time, so all we had to do was go through the test drives and arrive at a fair price. I would recommend him if you're looking for a smooth purchase with no surprises.

Salesperson, John Shu was great and very personable. His manager though- not so much. I felt like the manager just wanted to get rid of me now that he knew I am going to close the deal.
The car went through certification and noted once I went to pick it up that the map light was not working. Drove the car for 40 miles and the check engine came up.
Took the car in and they fix it, but still.. not the type of exp. you want to have from your newly certified vehicle

The entire car buying experience was great. Ken was informative but not pushy and did the right amount of follow up - not too many calls, but enough. The car was priced as expected and the financing part went smoothly. I look forward to a long, rewarding Audi driving experience.

Not being well versed in the whole car sales process, and as a first time Audi buyer, I am very impressed with the professionalism and passion that Audi of Westwood offers. They make a concerted effort to allow the process to be relaxed, while at the same time providing quick, accurate answers to all questions whether they be via email, via phone, or in person (which is very appealing given today's "mobile" world). They even take extra efforts to offer additional "perks" (e.g. free loaner cars for the life of your car) which establishes a personal relationship with the dealership. I would highly recommend Audi of Westwood (and Ken) to any prospective car buyer.

This experience far surpasses any experience I ever had at a Herb Chambers dealership. They're friendly, just want to help, and keep you informed during the process (e.g., "we're still expecting your car mid-April, we just wanted to let you know everything is still on schedule."). It was a pleasure doing business with them.

The experience at Audi Westwood was top notch. They set expectations and were able to deliver the car before their promised time frame, a rarity from what I can tell from the research I did prior to purchase.
Ken was straight forward during the entire process and I couldn't be happier with the car or the experience overall.
